The 2-Person Double Door Camping Dome Tent is perfect for weekend camping and outdoor adventures. The dome is made of 180T silver coated polyester and 180T polyester taffeta, which is breathable, tear-resistant, and UV-proof. The floor uses strong and durable 210D nylon oxford. Glass fiber poles feature high-strength while remaining lightweight. What's more, the door features double layers, allowing you to zip up mesh only for ventilation or zip up the polyester layer for complete closure. A rainfly over the door provides extra protection against sun and rain.

1.Shipping Locations:
We currently only can ship to United States mainland.
Please enter your order with an address within the United States mainland, We currently can’t ship to some locations including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico GU, AA (ArmedForces-Americas), AE, AP(ArmedForcesPacific)
We are not able to ship to a PO Box, please provide a physical delivery address.
2. Shipping Times:
After the order has been paid, the warehouse needs 1-3 business days to handle your order. Please note that this does not include holidays and weekends.You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped.
The package will be delivered in 3-10 business days, We will make every effort to deliver your package ASAP. However, additional time may be required due to invalid addresses and force majeure such as hurrican, snowstorm, rainstorm, so on. Delivery time don’t include the handling time.
Our warehouse is not open to the public. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer pickup service.
Note: Affected by Covid-19, there will be some delay on the delivery.
3.Shipping Rates:
We ship the package out from US, so it will not involve customs duties.

4.About Tax:
If you would like to cancel an order that you placed, please contact us right away, so we can cancel the order before it is processed. For cancellation requests after an order has shipped, whether the order has been received by the customer or not, a return authorization will need to be issued. You will need to initiate a return by following our return policy.
If you are unhappy with your purchase within 30 days after receiving the package, we will accept your return request and issue a refund after we receive your return. The item must be unused and in its original packaging with all instructions.
Returns will not be accepted for products that have been installed, are no longer in their original packaging or condition. If an item is sent back in non-original packaging, this will immediately void the refund for the customer. Unfortunately, we cannot provide replacement boxes.
Return shipping cost:
1.We will pay for the return shipping cost, if the return due to OUR mistakes.
For example: The product is damaged during transportation or We shipped out the wrong item or Item malfunctioned during the 30 day returns period (Assuming the customer assembled the item properly per the instruction manual)
2.Customer needs to pay the return shipping cost , if a return due to customer’s error.It is important to note that original shipping and handling costs will be deducted from your total refund too.

To start a return, you need to contact us at first. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return address. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Re-stocking fee
A 20% re-stocking fee will be charged for most returns, and will be deducted from your refund,if the return due to cusomter’s error.
Damaged Products:
Please take the time to inspect your order at the time of delivery. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item.
You need to provide video/photos to support your claim, so we can ensure you will be compensated for the damages, or to arrange a replacement to be sent out to you.

If an order is returned as undeliverable due to incorrect shipping address or non-availability of recipient to accept delivery or due to customer refuse to accept the package, it will be considered as a return by customer’s error and our Return Policy is applicable on such orders.
