If you would like to cancel an order that you placed, please contact us right away, so we can cancel the order before it is processed. For cancellation requests after an order has shipped, whether the order has been received by the customer or not, a return authorization will need to be issued. You will need to initiate a return by following our return policy.
If you are unhappy with your purchase within 30 days after receiving the package, we will accept your return request and issue a refund after we receive your return. The item must be unused and in its original packaging with all instructions.
Returns will not be accepted for products that have been installed, are no longer in their original packaging or condition. If an item is sent back in non-original packaging, this will immediately void the refund for the customer. Unfortunately, we cannot provide replacement boxes.
Return shipping cost:
1.We will pay for the return shipping cost, if the return due to OUR mistakes.
For example: The product is damaged during transportation or We shipped out the wrong item or Item malfunctioned during the 30 day returns period (Assuming the customer assembled the item properly per the instruction manual)
2.Customer needs to pay the return shipping cost , if a return due to customer’s error.It is important to note that original shipping and handling costs will be deducted from your total refund too.
For example: 1.Buyers Remorse 2.Misinterpretation of Product Description 3.Request cancllation after the item already shipped out 4. Customer accidentally provided wrong shipping address
To start a return, you need to contact us at first. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return address. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Re-stocking fee
A 20% re-stocking fee will be charged for most returns, and will be deducted from your refund,if the return due to cusomter’s error.
Damaged Products:
Please take the time to inspect your order at the time of delivery. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item.
You need to provide video/photos to support your claim, so we can ensure you will be compensated for the damages, or to arrange a replacement to be sent out to you.
Exchanges:
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email
Refunds:
Please provide the tracking number to us after you send it back. Please note that the return process involves several stages, so please be patient in awaiting your refund. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. It takes some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Orders Returned Without Delivery
If an order is returned as undeliverable due to incorrect shipping address or non-availability of recipient to accept delivery or due to customer refuse to accept the package, it will be considered as a return by customer’s error and our Return Policy is applicable on such orders. It is important to note that original shipping and handling costs ,the re-stocking fee , and the return shipping cost will be deducted from your total refund.
