(b) If the customer selects a payment method or provides payment information that makes it impossible or impractical for Betterusports to receive payment (for example, the customer's account lacks sufficient funds, or the customer provided incorrect payment information) through no fault of Betterusports 's own, the customer agrees that Betterusports may add an additional charge to the order to recoup costs associated with processing or attempting to process the impossible or impractical transaction.

(d) If the customer fails to pay, Betterusports may assign its claims to a debt collection agency and transfer the personal data required for collecting payment to these third parties.

Certain products or services may be available exclusively online through the website. These products or services may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Return Policy.

11 – FORCE MAJEURE

betterusports.com shall not be liable to you or be deemed to be in breach of agreement by reason of any delay in performing, or any failure to perform, any of the obligations in relation to the items, services and/or Site if the delay or failure was due to any cause beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

a. fire, act of God, storm, explosion, earthquake, flood, tempest, accident or other natural disaster;

c. acts, restrictions, regulations, bye laws, prohibitions or measures of any kind on the part of any governmental, parliamentary or local authority;
d. import or export regulations or embargoes;

f. difficulties in obtaining raw materials, labor, fuel, parts or machinery faced by us or suppliers; or
g. telecommunication, transportation, power supply, or system disturbances or failures, or breakdown in machinery resulting in the impossibility of the use of any of the aforementioned
