If you have placed an order recently and have changed your mind, you can cancel your order within 12 hours. If 12 hours have passed, the cancellation will be granted at our discretion. The reason for this is that our artists often begin work as soon as you have placed your order. If your artwork has already been created and you request to cancel, we will charge a $20 fee to cover some of the artwork costs for your order.
As the products we create at Beterusports are customized, we regret to inform you that we do not accept returns. The artwork we design is created with great care and is entirely unique to you and your pet.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your final product, please do not hesitate to contact us. Our commitment to customer satisfaction is one of our core values, and we always strive to ensure that you are happy with the end result.
In the event that you receive an incorrect product, size, or print, or your item is damaged during transit, we will be happy to replace it for you without any questions asked. Please inform us within 48 hours of receiving your order in this situation.

To start a return, you need to contact us at first. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return address. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
