After the order has been paid, the warehouse needs 1-3 business days to process your order. Please note that this does not include holidays and weekends.You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped.
The package will be delivered in 3-10 business days, We will make every effort to deliver your package ASAP. However, additional time may be required due to invalid addresses.
Note: Affected by Covid-19, there will be some delay on the delivery.
Sorry,we currently only can ship to United States mainland.
Please enter your order with an address within the United States mainland, We currently can’t ship to some locations including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico GU, AA (ArmedForces-Americas), AE, AP(ArmedForcesPacific)
We are not able to ship to a PO Box, please provide a physical delivery address.
We use all major carriers UPS, FedEx, USPS.
If you have placed an order recently and have changed your mind, you can cancel your order within 12 hours. If 12 hours have passed, the cancellation will be granted at our discretion. The reason for this is that our artists often begin work as soon as you have placed your order. If your artwork has already been created and you request to cancel, we will charge a $20 fee to cover some of the artwork costs for your order.
As the products we create at Beterusports are customized, we regret to inform you that we do not accept returns. The artwork we design is created with great care and is entirely unique to you and your pet.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your final product, please do not hesitate to contact us. Our commitment to customer satisfaction is one of our core values, and we always strive to ensure that you are happy with the end result.
In the event that you receive an incorrect product, size, or print, or your item is damaged during transit, we will be happy to replace it for you without any questions asked. Please inform us within 48 hours of receiving your order in this situation.
1.We will pay for the return shipping cost, if the return due to OUR mistakes.
For example: The product is damaged during transportation or We shipped out the wrong item .
2.Customer needs to pay the return shipping cost , if a return due to customer’s error.It is important to note that original shipping and handling costs will be deducted from your total refund too.
For example: 1.Buyers Remorse 2.Misinterpretation of Product Description 3.Request cancllation after the item already shipped out 4. Customer accidentally provided wrong shipping address
To start a return, you need to contact us at first. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return address. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Please take the time to inspect your order at the time of delivery. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item.
You need to provide video/photos to support your claim, so we can ensure you will be compensated for the damages, or to arrange a replacement to be sent out to you.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email
Please provide the tracking number to us after you send it back. Please note that the return process involves several stages, so please be patient in awaiting your refund. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. It takes some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If an order is returned as undeliverable due to incorrect shipping address or non-availability of recipient to accept delivery or due to customer refuse to accept the package, it will be considered as a return by customer’s error and our Return Policy is applicable on such orders. It is important to note that original shipping and handling costs and the return shipping cost will be deducted from your total refund.
